THE Archerfield Jet Base is a Brisbane FBO (Fixed Base Operator) located in the heart of South-East Queensland at Archerfield Airport, about 20 minutes drive from Brisbane’s CBD.

Interestingly, Hangar 5 was the original hangar developed by Qantas when it moved to operate out of Archerfield in the 1930s … and it has been fully refurbished today.

Just as interesting is the fact that Hangar 5 has been an 'éxtra' in many film and TV productions -- and is often used today to set for the occasional TV advertisement, music video, or spectacular product launches for supercars'.
