Bondi Rescue - reality TV program by TEN Claimed

Bondi Rescue is one of the world's most popular and longest running reality TV programs. It is widely credited with having reduced surf beach drownings around Australia, because of the heightened awareness it has brought to beachgoers. Cameras follow the daily lives and occasionally frantic times of the Waverley Council Lifeguards as they strive to keep Bondi Beach patrons safe and having a good time. Because of the show, Bondi is a beacon for international tourists, whether they swim or not. Even a the most beautiful day on Bondi Beach can quickly turn into a challenging rescue or medical emergency for these highly-skilled lifeguards.
