A 1990s style large shopping mall on 4 levels with major retailers and a food Court. This arcade is currently under refurbishment.

History: 

Broadway on the Mall was built in 1989 featuring around 65 retailers on four levels of shopping, including a lower-level food court.

Building Materials: 

The material used at the base of the entrance pillars is a seemingly unique dark green breccia of serpentinite marble. The upper part of the column is clad with a cream-coloured marble breccia. The origin of both materials is unknown. The floor comprises vari-coloured terrazzo.
