One One One is a premium grade world class addition to Brisbane's 'Golden Triangle' precinct premium grade office towers. This building is a beacon of sustainability, having achieved the highest Green Star rating available.
History:
The One One One at Eagle Street is a 54 level office tower development offering 64,000 sqm premium-grade floor space.
The new tower design takes advantage of the outstanding location and Brisbane River views and had achieved a 6 Star Green Star Design Rating (highest rating possible to date) and is targeting a 5 Star NABERS Energy rating (without Green Power).
The building was completed in mid 2012 and features the latest tri-generation technology, by being able to generate its own power, reducing peak demand on energy supply and lowering greenhouse gas emissions. It includes gas-fired cogeneration, river heat rejection, chilled beam air-conditioning and black water recycling.
Building Materials:
Dominant parts of the tower are manufactured of light metals and glass.
Building stones are used on external panels, stairs and internal walls at ground level and also on the elevated commercial lobbies on the first and second levels.
