Sardar Rasoi

Stemming from the Punjab region in India, where a unique style of cooking was pioneered Sardar Rasoi proudly showcases this ancient art of cooking right here in South Bank. Famous for its fresh ingredients and a large array of vegetarian dishes, Punjabi fare makes for a sumptuous meal. Sardar Rasoi’s skilled chefs create carefully balanced meals, filled with a delicious mix of flavours. Options on the menu include authentic tandoori meals which are cooked in a traditional clay tandoor oven, a large selection of vegetarian dishes, as well as the ever-popular goat meat curry. A lean cut of meat not found in many restaurants, goat meat lends itself well to curry as it soaks up all of the flavours and becomes incredibly tender during the unique cooking process. To create a truly authentic atmosphere, traditional bhangra music and dance performances are also woven into the Sardar Rasoi dining experience.
